Subscription Policy

DIECAST SOCIAL SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

Welcome to Diecast Social and its subscription program ("Subscription"). Diecast Social ("Diecast Social," "we," "us," or "our") provides subscriptions and related services and benefits to active subscribers ("Subscribers") subject to this Diecast Social subscription agreement ("Subscription Agreement").


By purchasing or activating a Diecast Social subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this subscription agreement.

1. DIECAST SOCIAL SUBSCRIPTION

A Diecast Social subscription provides collectors and enthusiasts with access to exclusive benefits, products, events, and experiences designed to enhance participation in the Diecast Social community.

Subscription benefits may include:

  • 24-Hour early access to select exclusive product drops before they are made available to the general public.

  • Subscribers-Only newsletter featuring insider updates, announcements, upcoming releases, and other Diecast Social news.

  • Exclusive access to subscriber events and special experiences.

  • One (1) ticket to the annual Diecast Social event.

  • Birthday reward to celebrate your special day.

  • Community voting opportunities that allow subscribers to help influence future products, releases, and other Diecast Social initiatives.

  • Free shipping within the Contiguous U.S. on eligible exclusive releases.

  • Earn reward points on qualifying purchases.

  • One free diecast after completing 12 consecutive months of an active subscription.

*Subject to the terms and eligibility requirements outlined below.

*Subscription benefits may change from time to time. Diecast Social reserves the right to modify, supplement, or discontinue individual benefits as necessary. Changes to benefits will not necessarily affect the validity of an existing Subscription unless otherwise communicated.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Subscriptions are available to individuals who meet the applicable age requirement (18 years old) and eligibility conditions at the time of registration.

By registering for a subscription, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Diecast Social reserves the right to refuse or cancel a subscription where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse of subscription benefits, or violation of this subscription agreement.

3. SUBSCRIPTION LIMITATIONS

Subscriptions are limited to one (1) subscription per person, physical address, and email address, with a maximum of two (2) subscriptions per household. Subscribers may not create or maintain subscriptions under more than one name or at more than one physical or email address for the purpose of obtaining additional subscription benefits.

If Diecast Social determines, or reasonably suspects, that a subscriber has exceeded these limitations or otherwise violated these subscription requirements, Diecast Social may, at its discretion, terminate the subscriber's subscription without refund, reimbursement, or credit of any subscription fees paid.

A subscription is personal to the individual who purchased or enrolled in the plan and is non-transferable. A subscription may not be sold, gifted, assigned, or otherwise transferred to another individual.

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERM

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, a Diecast Social subscription is valid for one (1) month or one (1) year, dependent on selection, beginning on the date the subscription is successfully activated.

A Subscriber must maintain an active subscription in order to receive ongoing subscription benefits.

Subscriptions may be renewed according to the terms and pricing offered at the time of renewal.

5. SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS

Subscription benefits are intended for the individual subscriber and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.

Certain benefits may have additional eligibility requirements, purchase limits, availability restrictions, geographic limitations, or other conditions.

Diecast Social reserves the right to establish reasonable limits on products, event participation, rewards, and other subscription benefits to ensure fair access among Subscribers.

6. 24-HOUR EARLY ACCESS

Subscribers may receive 24-hour early access to select Diecast Social exclusive products and releases.

Early access does not guarantee product availability. Products may be limited in quantity and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated. Purchase limits may apply to individual products.

7. SUBSCRIBERS-ONLY NEWSLETTER

Active Subscribers may receive access to a subscribers-only newsletter containing Diecast Social announcements, product information, event details, insider updates, and other subscription-related communications.

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information to ensure delivery of subscription communications.

8. SUBSCRIBER EVENTS AND EXPERIENCES

Subscribers may receive exclusive access or preferred access to select Diecast Social events, gatherings, product previews, special experiences, or other community activities.

Event participation may require advance registration and may be subject to capacity limitations.

A subscription does not guarantee admission to every event or experience.

9. BIRTHDAY REWARD

Active subscribers may receive a birthday reward during their birthday month or at another designated time determined by Diecast Social.

Subscribers must provide accurate birthday information, where required, to qualify for the reward.

Birthday rewards may be subject to expiration dates, purchase requirements, product exclusions, or other restrictions. Rewards have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

10. COMMUNITY VOTING

Active subscribers may be invited to participate in community voting opportunities regarding potential future products, designs, releases, or other Diecast Social initiatives.

Community voting is intended to provide Subscribers with an opportunity to influence future offerings. Voting does not guarantee that a selected concept, product, or release will ultimately be produced or offered for sale.

Diecast Social retains final discretion regarding product development, production, licensing, and release decisions.

11. FREE SHIPPING

Subscribers may receive free shipping on eligible exclusive releases as designated by Diecast Social.

Free shipping does not apply to all products, purchases, locations, or shipping methods. Any applicable exclusions or limitations will be communicated at the time of purchase.

12. REWARD POINTS

Active subscribers may earn reward points on qualifying purchases made through designated Diecast Social sales channels.

The number of points awarded may vary by product, promotion, subscription status, or purchase method.

Reward points:

  • Have no cash value.

  • May not be transferred or sold.

  • May not be redeemed for cash.

  • May be subject to expiration.

  • May not be earned on certain excluded products, purchases, taxes, shipping charges, or other transactions as determined by Diecast Social.


Diecast Social reserves the right to correct points balances resulting from errors, returns, cancellations, fraudulent activity, or other circumstances.

13. 12-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION DIECAST REWARD

Subscribers who maintain 12 consecutive months of an active subscription qualify to receive one (1) free diecast.

To qualify, the subscriber must maintain a continuous active subscription throughout the entire 12-month period.

The free diecast will be selected or designated by Diecast Social and is subject to availability. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product unless Diecast Social determines otherwise.

Subscription cancellation, expiration, or interruption before completion of the required 12 consecutive months may result in the subscriber becoming ineligible for this benefit.

14. SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND PAYMENT

Subscribers agree to pay the applicable subscription fee displayed at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes or charges.

Subscription fees, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable after subscription activation.

Diecast Social reserves the right to change subscription pricing for future subscription terms. Any applicable changes will not retroactively alter the price of an already-purchased subscription.

15. PRODUCT PURCHASES

All products purchased through Diecast Social are subject to the applicable product descriptions, purchase limits, shipping policies, return policies, and other terms presented at the time of purchase.

A subscription does not provide a guarantee that any particular product will be available. Exclusive products may be produced in limited quantities and may sell out before all subscribers have an opportunity to purchase them.

16. SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for protecting the security of their account credentials.

Subscription benefits are associated with the subscriber's registered account and may not be shared with or transferred to another individual.

Subscribers should notify Diecast Social if they believe their account has been accessed or used without authorization.

17. PROHIBITED USE AND SUBSCRIPTION ABUSE

Subscribers may not use their subscription to engage in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful activity.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing purchase limits.

  • Attempting to obtain subscription benefits through fraudulent means.

  • Reselling subscription benefits.

  • Exploiting technical errors or promotional offers.

  • Using another individual's subscription account without authorization.

  • Circumventing product purchase limits.


Diecast Social reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription where it determines that a subscriber has violated this subscription agreement.

18. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION

Diecast Social may modify subscription benefits, policies, products, events, or other aspects of the subscription program from time to time.

Subscription benefits may vary from year to year, and a benefit offered during one Subscription term may not necessarily be offered during a future subscription term.

Diecast Social will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to subscribers.

19. TERMINATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

A Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to the applicable refund policy.

Diecast Social may suspend or terminate a subscription if a subscriber violates this subscription agreement or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

Upon termination, the subscriber may lose access to subscription benefits, including unused rewards, points, early-access privileges, event access, and other benefits associated with the subscription.

20. LIMITATION OF SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS

A subscription provides access to the benefits specifically described by Diecast Social. A subscription does not guarantee access to every product, event, release, or experience offered by Diecast Social.

Certain benefits may be limited by product availability, event capacity, geographic restrictions, production quantities, licensing requirements, or other circumstances outside of Diecast Social's reasonable control.

21. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, activating, or otherwise participating in the Diecast Social subscription, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Subscription Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or activate a Diecast Social subscription.

Diecast Social reserves the right to update this subscription agreement from time to time. The most current version will govern the subscription program and its benefits.
